Royal Leamington Spa is a storied regency town built around the river Leam.  It was first mentioned in the Domeday book of 1086.  Today it’s a thriving hub for games development and was voted the happiest place in the UK in a 2017 Rightmove survey and still ranks in the top 10 today.

Leamington is great for graduates, families and everyone in between, with a great range of bars and restaurants to fit all tastes from popular chains to interesting independent establishments. All the typical amenities that you would expect are available such as cinema, bowling, several escape rooms, countless gyms and several lovely parks to enjoy.  There are a range of high performing public and private schools to choose from.
